they can increase enmity multiply in tank stance to 3.5 or 4.0 so tank will have no problem with enmity while their damage is lower than DPS, and i think this a only way to fix it now without rebalance every damage fomula, and give tank an absoulute reign over enmity doesn't break anything tho, alot of game does this, you can voke then shirk between 2 tank in 8 man raid to increase both tank enmity over DPS, but in 4 man raid you have no one to lift you that way
