Need things to spend wolf marks on

Right now there are two functionally dead currencies in PvP

1. Wolf marks

2. PvP experience


Even if you play casually you will get flooded with wolf marks and there's simply not enough options to spend them on other than a cheap glamour set and a minion. On top of this the PvP experience that levels up your PvP rank has absolutely no use as of right now so either remove it or add something that utilizes it.

This. WMs can easily sustain your gil balance. You don't need any other income, unless you want dat super expensive new stuff every patch.

No point buying the Maki armor for jobs you do not have at 60. Had all my 60 jobs gear sets within the first two weeks.

And with the increase in WM since the event, and the low cost of the new glam... yea not much use.

Yes, I was thinking about making a thread concerning the new gear. Understandable, it's ilvl 1 because stats are useless. However, I found the previous PvP gear to be good stepping stone for endgame, not to mention the desynth value. Both in the mats you get and for leveling desynth. Unless SE waits until next patch to make them desynthable/tradable to GC, I'm gonna be disappointed.

Right now it seems ilvl 110 has the most worth, both as desynth and as tradeins (most GC pr WM).

Now that PvP gear is glamour only, how about more variety? I mean, I like the new sets, I've been wearing the new Aiming top since SB day 1, but why not make full use of the opportunity?

Emotes (/thumbsdown, /palmfist like we do in many cutscenes, emotes that'd be relevant or PvP-related)
All Classes glams (think like how the Legacy Warrior's Mail is armor, yet can be worn by a healer, or perhaps older pieces now unlocked for DoW/DoM where they previously weren't)
Useful materia
Elemental Limit Break/Adrenaline Rush effects (i.e. similar to Midare Setsugekka's icy effect, Zenos' earthsplitting effect, or perhaps Astral/Umbral effects) - Mind you these wouldn't be cheap at all, and considered "premium" rewards one would have to really earn a lot of Wolf Marks for.

Huh, they still have PVP experience? I assumed it had been removed when they fixed the challenge log rewards.

Anyway, as great as getting a small fortune each time I cash in my desynths is, it would be nice to have more long term goals. The only thing you get as an incentive for winning is more Wolf Marks, yet you can buy absolutely everything you might want for a new glamour in a couple of hours and then frown at the way it sits in your inventory/retainer forever because there's no glamour log.

Can we get WM tokens (or even better, a higher cap on collecting them since everything is so cheap/irrevelant that hoarding doesn't matter anyway) and save up for some really niche things?

Also, and this is silly, I'd really like the PVP materia seller to either get a new title or maybe even start selling (non-PVP!) materia. For those who don't care about desynth.
