So as most people I too disliked and complained alot about Warrior changes in 4.0. After having spent a week as level 70 and running the last two dungeons I have felt more comfortable in my role.

To start depending on the skill of my dps with me depends on my opener. Higher end dps has me beserk>tom/op>inf>unchained>op>upheavel aggro combo. Single target ill maim and storms path/eye while weaving upheavel and onslaught when needed. (also weaving def cds where needed) Aoe combos hold the same opener but i will weave UH and OS between targets with aggro combo OPs and Steel Cyclone when available popping beserk off cd for both. I havent really ran into any aggro Issues or TP issues especially if there is goad. Though SMN\\\\\\'s (especially skilled ones) can make it harder for aoe trash pulls to hold aggro.

Overall I\\'ve enjoyed learning to compensate for what we as WAR now lack. With a few tweaks i think WAR can become a a well rounded tank for begginers and veterans alike.
