(Dev's Help!) FC World Transfer Incentives

Me and my FC mates have been debating switching servers, due in large part to the gigantic log-in ques, and a plethora of other things. The current incentives have helped a lot of us make the choice to want to leave, but there is a few things still left out, that are kind of a big deal...

Just as a small explanation, we have a small free company, maybe around 10-20 members at the most. We put a lot of work into our FC and airships. Now obviously, if we switch servers, we would have to re-create said FC and start from lvl 1 again, which means we have limited FC chest space, can't buy a house, limited buffs and so on. Is there, or will there be any plans to possibly make FC incentives to help us rebuild if we move as a group?

I think they said sth about developing a method to change whole fc's to another server. Don't know more about that. Just that it's being developed or looked into.
