Against "Simultaneous Logout Measures"

I just went unsync Pharos Sirius alone just before logout.

After been able to log back in, I was still in the dungeon. Did anyone actually test if dungeon session are canceled by the auto-logoff?

So why exactly can't a dps queue for an whole hour, when the message appears?

Everyone get kicked, not the servers are going down. So it will handle it like a disconnect. You are back in dungeon if you relog within a specific time and you start a queue new if you got kicked during a queue.

That would be the AFK timer, not the simultaneous logout. If you are not playing or doing anything, you will be kicked from the server. Happens for all servers at this time.

Don't go afk for over 30 minutes.

Not yet, just the simultaneous logout measures - you'll almost certainly see a quick post on the Lodestone when they lift the 30 minute AFK timer (though they could always decide to keep it around like many other MMOs do even during non-peak concurrency times, in which case it'll just be "a thing" we learn to work around).

Honestly makes sense to keep it, only reason I could see it being a slight irritation is if the DPS waits go over 30+ and your one for Alt-Tabbing to something else in the meantime. Granted if you have sounds active when not the focus will still hear the sound of the warning with 20sec countdown.

They need to keep it, honestly (the afk logouts). The AFK individuals bloat the server populations through the roof...
