For dps it is, they don't have instant queues and this affects them more than tanks or healers.

...why people afk for HOURS or even DAYS anyway...? Electric energy is not cheap! And having your PS4 or PC 24/7 active too, can damage the system! >.> Soo I dont understand..

Idk about a PS3 or PS4 but I would assume its the same as a PC since its still just a computer...it used to be that way 20 years ago....not so much anymore. In fact the powering off and on will wear out your system faster than leaving it on, think about it....its all conductive material...what happens when you constant heat and cool something rather than just leaving it either cool or hot? Same thing applies to powering off and on your PC.

Why do everyone post how big the queue was after the reset, but not how long it needed to reach 0?
What speed have your queues, will it go down 100 each tick or will it still remain at the same number for 10 minutes before reducing by 100 for the next 10 minutes?

Three reasons....

1) I like my job where I am.

2) It takes a team, not just 1 person.

3) I highly doubt SE would pay me as much.

Just say what you really mean, SE; "We're taking steps to implement a daily forced log out system that will serve to turn half of the playerbase against the other half." I demand you partner with Orville Redenbacher so I can get a code for free in-game popcorn.

There is already a post on how to remotely log in while out or from work to get back in after the daily purge. SE this isn't working. Why not purge only the servers having issues and not all servers. Maybe purge them several times a day until they get the msg to not afk or remotely log in. I have characters on dead servers that will never see a log in queue and it makes no sense to see those severs purged.
