This will never happen they have the server on lock down and people are leaving in a couple of weeks when the expansion rush dies down it will be a non issue again until 5.0 and by then population should be more manageable.

I think you are being optimistic... sure populations will lower slightly, but the content roll-out in SB is scheduled to be faster than HW was. I'm thinking more people will be staying for longer.
