    PS4 Stormblood Physical Copy Not Registering

    Just got my physical copy and followed all the product redeem instructions on the code leaflet but when I launch the game I'm given no option to link my service account and therefore it says I do not own stormblood. Here's a step by step of what I have done:
    Registered the code on the psn store, no issues there.
    Booted up ffxiv, logged in, hit play, got notif about maintenance then straight to the data centre and character selection screen.
    Logged into mogstation to see if the game linked, mog station says I do not own stormblood.
    Check PS4 services list, says I own arr, hw and sb early access, nothing else.
    Go to restore licences, nothing changes, check to see if my PS4 is the active primary, it is.
    Go back to psn to re enter code, says code is now invalid, double checked code just incase same response.
    Reboot stormblood, same issue, doesn't let me link.
    Reboot PS4 and internet, no change.
    Recheck services list, stormblood still absent.
    Last resort launch stormblood from disk thus deleting my digital version of stormblood (great), log in, no register prompt, get to character selection, log into mog station and still says I don't own stormblood.
    Proceed to retry restoring licences, reset PS4, relog yadda yadda tadda and NOTHING. Why is this such a convoluted nightmare! Is anyone else having problems with the physical copy?

    Angry Same - not working!

    I am having the same issue on PS4 pro. Redeemed the code, which says it has worked but no option to link to my account so Mogstation not showing as owning a registered copy. Am currently deleting the client and reinstalling but fear this won't resolve the issue. Better not have just wasted £24.99 after hardly getting any playtime through early access due to unending queues. Very annoyed

    We are aware of an issue with some codes from the PS4 Stormblood Standard edition, which are shown as either invalid or providing Early Access. We are working to resolve these issues and expect to have a solution in place before the end of Early Access.

    Thank god they've posted about issues with it, at least they know of an issue and should fix it, just abit annoyed that in my futile attempts to make the code ping I deleted the digital version of my game condemning me to now use a disk all the time... unless anyone knows how to ress my the digital version from the depths of my PS4?

    My PS4 code registered, but it was as Early Access. They are aware of it, but don't bother wasting your time trying to contact their Customer Support phone number. You'll get nowhere fast.

    Hoping they can work out which codes *should* be upgraded to full access. Got a feeling my partner is going to be locked out of the expansion come the 23rd.

    Same problem here.. I hope they'll understand that the code I used is from the Entire Game and not an another Early Access lol

    Looks like it only effecting EU codes, Cause I have a NA physical copy of SB for PS4 enter in my code and it accepted it then logged into the game and it popped up with the register screen and everything looks good for me on mog station. So yea looks like it only effecting EU copies, SE must really have a thing out for EU people.
