Lists & Mailing.

I'm going to assume this is a problem/annoyance for most people. I know, personally, after playing this for almost 4 years, 200 people is not enough for a Friends List (or Blacklist, but that isn't often as purged) considering all the people I meet, requests I send out when I like a player (or vice-versa) and even that you need an FC member on your friends list to send them a mail -.-

You should be able to send mail to ANY FC member the minute you join a free company. There should be a tab that lists all members, and another tab that lists your friends/groups. I have to purge my Friend List every 2-3 weeks and I'm rather annoyed at the need to do it. I shouldn't have to. I thought we'd get a bigger FL capacity when Heavensward came out, with SE knowing the 3 new jobs would bring people to the game. Now, these two new jobs are high-demand (want) and people are still joining the game.

I can understand SE's desire to block unlimited mail between random strangers. (I'm glad it keeps RMT spam out of it.) But they went a bit too far in making the rule be Friends only. I think a more appropriate rule would be that you can send mail to Friends, FC members, and alts.

While some might benefit from a larger Friends list, just being able to mail FC members without duplicating them in that list would probably cut down the demands on it far enough for most players.

There are a number of things lacking related to FC functionality. This is one of them.
