    [Request] Add Full Screen - Windowed Mode to Mac client

    I know the Mac client is the unwanted step child, but it would be nice to actually be able to multitask on my other monitor while playing. Since the only windowed option that covers the whole screen on my iMac's main monitor pushes the bottom of the game off the screen, it's not really the best solution.
