It is a flaw for sure , not sure if its suppose to be that way , but some seals for finishing it would be the ideal thing to do . i completed the quest last night and was a litlle sad looking at the new items for petty officer and then looking at my total seals

yea, its nice to spend all your seals no a promotion and then get a quest that offers no seals,lol, go figure
