    Syfurion said what I also had in mind when that was mentioned. Theres a serious lack of blunt weapon types in the game and shield/hammer type weaponry copying the Garleans would work wonders.

    On the one hand I completely agree, there needs to be more things for me to actually hit things with, not slice with!

    On the other hand...gunblades...

    Hmm...possibly both? A choice between a gunblade or a hammer that shoots out short-range projectiles or something? Nothing to match the range of existing ranged DPS classes mind you.
