a window ike Susanos active time maneuver. however you will still be coming out of that phase with 0 gauge if you do burn 6 fell cleaves. hopefully the raid does enough damage that you wouldn't need to drain all your stacks. a sacrifice of sustained DPS for burst DPS checks to get through checks

I'd like to assume it's 1% for every 10 rage or it's either just a flat 10% boost given in the stance. But you just never know 100% with ffxiv tooltips and until someone actually tests it.
