Difficulty Queueing with Cross Server Party.

Hi everyone!

I recently RAF'd three friends, but I play on a Balmung, so they had to make their characters on a separate server (Cactuar, in the same data-center, Aether.)

I want to be able to help them through their story dungeons, and I was excited to be able to use the Cross-Server Party system to do so, but I haven't been able to Queue when I'm in a cross server party.

Here are the steps I took:

Create a private party, give friend the code. He joins.

Stop recruitment.

Try to queue for specific dungeon / duty roulette (tried both)

It says party unable to queue.

Any idea why this would be happening? I've heard from multiple people that it should work, but I'm not sure what was preventing us from Queueing. I'll be trying again tonight to test.

It's possible I didn't stop recruitment correctly? I'm unsure.
On the off chance I didn't, would anyone be so kind as to explain to me the right way to do that?

4 possible reasons for the error:

1. Your friend has not actually met the requirement for said duty. Please verify that he/she has and is able to queue for it and meets the level/ilvl required.
2. Your party composition is not allowed, i.e. unsynced or 2 tanks in 4 man, etc.
3. You did not end the party recruitment. Open the recruitment and at the bottom, there is a button to cancel recruitment. Click that and hit accept. Verify by seeing that your party is no longer listed.
4. The server instance is having congestion problems and is failing to load an instance for you.
