Qhom Jinjhal: Can you not feel the love in the air, friend? Aye, Valentione's Day is upon us!
Qhom Jinjhal: Oh, consecrated chocolates are a truly magical treat. Only the purest-hearted maidens of Menphina may prepare them, and only with great toil.
Qhom Jinjhal: Such is their power that whomsoever consumes one uncontrollably blows a kiss, and the lucky recipient of this kiss is suffused with the Glory of Love!
Use a consecrated chocolate to perform the /blowkiss emote and grant the targeted player 1 Glory of Love point.
Speak to a matchmaker to find out how many Glory of Love points you currently possess.

Qhom Jinjhal: Pair up with another adventurer, then come speak to me. It will be my pleasure to record your Glory of Love standing in our logs.
Qhom Jinjhal: If it is high enough, the Adventurers' Guild will reward you with yet another gift.
Speak to a matchmaker while in a party of two and select the option to have your Glory of Love standing recorded.
Couples that amass 20 or more Glory of Love points will receive an award.
Recording your Glory of Love standing will reset your current point value.

Qhom Jinjhal: Ah, yes, I nearly forgot. The adventurer couple with the highest Glory of Love standing on any given day shall be dubbed Eorzea's most loving couple. What better way to celebrate your love!?
The pair of adventurers with the highest recorded Glory of Love point total will be publicly announced as the realm's most loving couple.
The points total used to determine the most loving couple will be reset every 24 hours (Eorzea time).
There is only once accomplishment for Most Loved Couple. There is no mention of one overall winner for the entire event, only the daily ones.

I have been in the Highest Love couple for one particular day and all I have is the "Participated" History item. THe Participated may either be triggered by being most loved at one time (not nessesarily the highest for the day) or it may be for the highest in one day, but either way there is only one achievement for both outcomes.

That really doesn't mean anything. For example

    http://www.ffxivpro.com/achievement/853 = Level 35 lancer Achieved!
    http://www.ffxivpro.com/achievement/174 = Polearm rank 35 achieved!

Exact same acheivement. When Plvl went, Ranks became levels so FFXIVpro created duplicate achievements for the new wording. I have both even though the only mean one record on my actual history. So the 1340 figure is inflated by a couple of hundred. The 1075 identified so far is the most reliable top figure for achievements
