How do u think about , if Primal Battles was not only 8 ppl's battle , but can be done with lowered difficult as usual soloable quest , even if no obtain big reward as hard mode ??

I like the way FFXI handled the initial primal fights; you could solo them as summoner with the tiny fork items. (Those items are likely still in my inventory if I started up my character again)![]()
A Legacy Social/Endgame NA Linkshell & Free Company
The level 20 summoner battles were NOT part of the initial primal fights. They were introduced later, when it was realized that new players running summoner who didn't have level-capped buddies to call for help had no way to get his avatar summons.
They are supposed to be adding a 4-man normal mode and 8-man Super Hard modes to current existing content (including primals), but I'm not sure when it's coming.
for now wouldn't the 4 man battle be the 4 man battle of ifrit that you do as part of the Grand Company quests
What would be the benefit of this tho?
You would not get the same item (so you would not do it for equipment).
You would not have the same fight (so you would not need to use the same strategy or have same experience).
Sounds like it would end up being a different quest all together, just recycling scenery/monster.
If it is a 'little reward' then could the same not be accomplished by doing a totally different quest that gave a little reward for solo-4 players?
Or am I missing what you are trying to suggest?
I was meaning not all peoples have that much time (as me too) to search a party for ifrit or mog to just complete quest . I not really interest in super best gear in game , i interested in completeing quests , storyline missions. Remember FF V , FF VI for example -> if you wanna all mega weapon please go do if u wanna , if no wonna go do story that's it .What would be the benefit of this tho?

so you think you have a right to entitlement to complete the quest? the quest is for hard mode. there was also an easy mode quest tht only required 4 people and lvl 25. You want the hard mode to be easy mode too just so people who dont have time can do it. I suggest playing tetris, its a good game for people with limited time.I was meaning not all peoples have that much time (as me too) to search a party for ifrit or mog to just complete quest . I think the story one is for four people (low level). There is a secondary quest for 8 high levels, but it is not really 'story' mode. It is just a repeatable quest you do over and over and all you do is go kill ifrit again and again.I was meaning not all peoples have that much time (as me too) to search a party for ifrit or mog to just complete quest . If you finished the 'easy' mode one (which is already available as a grand company quest I believe) then there is nothing more to do with Ifrit as far as story line goes.
For moogy king there is a bit of a story, but alas there appears to be no 4-man/easy mode for it. Although I'm unsure if the point of the MOogle quest was to add story, or was the story simply added so as to not make moogle quest blatantly obvious: Go kill this other NM now for rare drops while we keep working on 2.0
So on this point I would agree with the following:
If SE's point of defeating the mob was to add to the story line, then there should be an easy-mode.
If SE's point of defeating the mob was simply to give 'end game' players something to do, then there should not be an easy mode.
In the case of the Former (Ifrit) there is an easy mode, so all is good.
In the case of the Latter (Moogle king), then there is no easy mode, so all is okey -- If the point of Moogle King was to NOT advance a story line (which is what I suspect).
In the future, hopefully they will keep to this:
Story line advancing fights should have an easy mode.
Non-Story-Line Advancing fights do not need an easy mode.
(Hopefully this is along the lines of what SE is planning, and what you are hoping for Vladislav).
