If you get the most Glory of Love points in a Day, you are the most loving couple of the realm and you get the above achievement for "being recognized as a member of Eorzea's most loving couple during Valentione's Day". They are all the same thing.

This is incorrect, the first NPC states you will receive a reward for being loved in all nations with the chosen GC/Race.

The 2nd NPC (chocolate NPC) says if you have the most GoL points at the end of any given day you receive "the realm's most loved" and that this resets every 24 hours (eorzea time).

They make no mention about Glory Points having anything to do with all 3 nations.

So, you yourself admitted that there is at least one achievement missing.
I know I did not win the most loved for the day because there was someone higher than me. I got an achievement for being listed momentarily. Unfortunately I'm at work so I can't type up the speech but I am sure that there are missing achievements from this event.

Exploration, Battle and Seasonal events are Achievement categories, not acheivements themselves. So there are more in the 1140 that aren't real.
