Moved to Omega world, exp bonus was gone within a few days

Character name: Kyata Rofii
Class/Level: Lv52 SCH

Steps:
1. World Transfer Incentive promised 100% bonus exp to characters that transfer to newly created worlds
2. I moved my character from Balmung to Omega
3. I got the exp bonus buff icon, which lasted for a few days, then it disappeared
4. It has been gone for a few days now, but I still saw people with the buff icon recently
5. My highest level job is still 52

It didn't say transfers get an exp bonus. Only new characters created on said worlds.
