    They are gil farm bots. What with Odin being locked, I forgot they exist until I went to Louisoix yesterday on an alt and saw the ones in the main cities spammng their annoying messages. Those ones are easier to report. It's the ones that warp about which are harder. But if you do catch their names, feel free to report them.
