Louisoix server spamming botts?

I see those in the Gridania market pretty often. There's not anything you can do really. You can't interrupt them, calling other players bots publicly can get you in trouble, and SE usually blows off reports unless they're advertising rmt. Just a eerie aspect of the game at this point.

They don't blow off reports about bots. Bots are useful in tracking other accounts within an RMT network. The gil sold to players is generated by those bots, so SE can follow the gil, and find the command and control accounts, the bankers, and others. In other words, these bots are the little fish that lead to the big ones.

Not on the JP servers. I made separate characters on 2 different ones and never saw RMT spam ever.

Western gamers appear to be more prone to purchasing gil, so the RMT goes where the market is.

That's not why they aren't seeing RMT. They market to JP servers differently. It's also easier to beat the spam filters in english.
