Only the base game (A Realm Reborn) comes with 30 days of gametime. Neither Heavensward nor Stormblood do.

No. If you did, it's because you bought a bundle that contained A Realm Reborn. The expansions do not add free playtime.

Stormblood is an expansion, not a full game. If you get the expansion by itself it requires you to already have A Realm Reborn, so it's not even available to completely new players. The one being marketed to new players is the Complete Edition, which combines all of it: A Realm Reborn, Heavensward, and Stormblood. That one comes with 30 days, the same as A Realm Reborn by itself does.
