Give us another way to increase mount speed besides hunts

I'm just glad I started the expansion with ~3500 allied seals...too bad you can't use Centurio seals for the old ARR zones too as the HW zones are useless unless they changed it to effect flight speed too.

I have 629 Allied seals and 597 Centurio seals. That's all I have EVER had to show you how much I dislike hunts.
