EDIT:
Deleted original rotation. This new rotation was more effective in every way (Possible without food).
Level 70* crafts - Difficulty = 3149/ Quality = 14071/ Durability = 70. Level 70* craft example: Persimmon Leaf Sushi
No skill RNG rotation
All unmelded Ilvl 290 gear + specialist = 1231 craftsmanship/1134 control/ 382cp
Rotation 1
Normally I test to see what the exact requirements are but I've been busy lately so haven't got the chance too for this particular rotation.
Craftsmanship Required = 1195 (According to the crafting sim)
Control required = 1130 (According to the crafting sim)
CP required = 479cp or 464cp if you have the "Stroke of Genius" trait (level 70 class quest)
Specialist required: Yes
Food required: Possible without food but something cheap like Tempura Platter which can be bought from a vendor can make getting CP requirements easier

Notes
- This is by no means the easiest/fastest rotation.
- Condition procs e.g. bad timing on excellent/poor proc could result in not hitting 100%
- The CP requirements don’t take into account the chance for CP reduction.
- Can do the ToT thing but will miss out on innovation if it does proc. It will still be better than using brow on a poor. Reason I don't use it is because I don't want to be waiting an extra 3 seconds each time I use the macro.
- If at 472cp, you can change the last Ingenuity to a Ingenuity II.
- This macro is assuming you're level 70
Rotation 2

CP required = 491cp or 476cp if you have the "Stroke of Genius" trait (level 70 class quest)
Specialist required: Yes

Cross class skills needed:
Byregot's Blessing (Carpenter lvl50)
Comfort Zone(Alchemist lvl50) - Only needed if you need comfort zone to meet CP requirements
Steady Hand II(Culinarian lvl37)
Piece by Piece(Armorer lvl50)
Innovation(Goldsmith lvl50)
Ingenuity II(Blacksmith lvl50)
Careful Synthesis II (Weaver lvl50)
Notes
- This is by no means the easiest/fastest rotation.
- Condition procs e.g. bad timing on excellent/poor proc could result in not hitting 100%
- If you start with 490cp & have "Stroke of Genius" trait which essentially means you have 505cp, you can delete the second comfort zone & move 1 of the middle "careful synthesis 2s" to the end of the entire rotation to reduce craftsmanship requirements.
- The CP requirements don’t take into account the chance for CP reduction.
- This macro is assuming you're level 70
