Shirogane housing too cheap double price and amount of wards please

I fear that the current prices do not reflect the wealth in the economy and demand for the new wards far exceeds that which will be available in the 12 wards.
SE please double the amount of wards available (for all districts) and double the prices of land in the new zone. The new zone is premium property and the pricing should reflect that.
This will give people options as to having cheaper housing in old zones with more plots available and also with the moving feature the ability to move to the new zone when wealth increases.
I can foresee ward instance crashes once the launch of housing comes out without taking more measures such as price increases and increased wards,

Having less time to appreciate the house doesn't mean you love it any less. I know someone who has a house, and uses it every day but they haven't even bothered to decorate it properly. I know someone else who spends much less time in the game but have a beautifully decorated house.

There's no real reason to have one ward be more expensive than the other. It's shiny and new for now, yes, but overtime nobody's going to care that Shirogane is "new." Plus, it's just simpler overall to have the prices be balanced across the board in all neighborhoods.

OP lives in a heavily congested world so it's natural to feel worried about the housing limitation, especially when we only have 48 Shirogane mansion plots available per server, that's too few spaces, considering the amount of people who have at least 45 mil & probably will be stalking for those Shirogane mansion plots they want. Shirogane design is just so much more superior than the 3 old housing areas (not to mention that it has its own unique style of mb and the aetheryte teleport). Vet people are probably getting tired of looking at the old housings over the last 3 years, so ofc they will flock to Shirogane. Yea, if SE don't do something about the number of housing (especially for mansion), it's gonna be a disaster on patch day morning. Finally, the more people have happy housing the more persistent they will stay sub so it's a win-win scenario for SE, so it's in their best interest to increase available housing, especially in Shirogane.

This. SE has done nothing to prevent house reselling yet, plus there's no cap on the number of houses a service account can own.

People complain about the price and not having enough opportunities as a poor player, but keep in mind all houses will be sold within seconds. Rather than some kind of bidding system that would give all players an opportunity to purchase a plot, instead we end up with this random clicking roulette. Expect another huge wave of complaints once Kurogane housing is available.
