Shirogane - how many wards ?

Does anyone know how many wards there will be in Shirogane ?
Actually, there is only one available so the players can have a look, but when we could purchase a plot, will they open 12 wards like the other residential areas ?
I can't read anything about it on the internet.

I assume 12, same as the other places yes.

That's what i thought in the first place, but i've read several times on the forum that there will be only 1 ward. But i didn't see on the patch notes or on the live letters anything about it (1 or 12 wards), so i was wondering if i've missed something somewhere.

It already lists 12, but only the first has listings and can be visited at the moment.
