PS4 SB Promotion code not working (and noone replying ticket I sent SE)

Hi,
I hope this is the right section where to post...
I received my copy of SB for ps4 on Friday and I have the issue of the promotion code not working (it says it has already been redeemed).
I opened always on Friday a ticket as suggested in SE post, on saturday I received an automatic replay telling me that they would get back to me soon, and on sunday I received another answer saying that they new the issue of the ps4 code beeing broken and that soon they would provide me a new working code.
I hoped to receive the code yesterday at the latest, but till now I haven't received anything or anyother answer form SE.
I cannot even check how the ticket is going so far. I can only submit a new one!

Is somebody out there in the same situation?

I'm in exactly the same position I've sent off my request and it's a waiting game. I have called customer support twice and they are telling me thee us nothing they can do. I feel we are entitled to a free upgrade to the collectors editon as compensation and the longer it goes on the more I feel we are entitled to.
