Cannont get Aether Currents in the Peaks- Quest issue

Steps:
1)I have completed all the quests to get the aether currents in the peaks.
2)I have also found all the currents using the compass.
3) I am still missing one, according to the aether current map, under "travel"
4) The quest "Saint Sayer" is not in my completed Journal.
5) It is not showing up at the NPC who gives the quest.
6)Since it is not showing up, I cannot complete it.
7)I am level 69 and have completed all the MSQ up to that level.

Are you sure you didn't pick up the quest, then hide it?
