World Transfer for new characters

i joined this game to play with my friends, but when i joined all worlds are closed only one world was opened, so i created a new character and purchased the "skip senario" service and the leveling service in order to play with my friends and catch up with them. as the advertisement of this game suggested.

i though i can level up until my friends world is open again and purchase a world transfer option to go and enjoy the rest of this game with them, until i was shocked that i cannot trasnfer a character to another world until 90 days after it has been created.

90 days??? its so silly, its a long time for me not to enjoy this game with friends as i only purchased this game to play with them.

i would like it if someone can help me or change the policy to make it at least a week for at least the newly created characters.

The 90 days policy only applies to new and transferred characters on one of the new worlds or designated world. That restriction is put in place due to all the extra incentives given for people to move their characters to the new worlds.
