Susano EX Lagging

Has anyone been having issues with Susano EX? Been trying to Susano EX today but every time joining the instant the game suddenly begins to lag like crazy. After a period of time the game catches up to what's going on with the fight then goes right back to lagging. Can only see myself moving while everyone and Susano being frozen, even performing actions doesn't seem to be recorded server side. This issue has only been happening with Susano Ex as well because tried the normal version and was having zero issues, also been doing dungeons, pvp and other things and no issues, only been effected with Susano Ex.

Been messing with my computer settings, made sure W10 game mode was disable, switched to DX9 from 11 and even lower my graphic settings to the bottom and nothing fixes the issue. Checked my ping as well and it's 69ms.

I am sorry to say this, but the fix is to improve the instance servers or not have as many people playing in the any duty instance at the same time.

I am getting lags only during the times that is consider prime time/peak time.
