I've been hearing a lot of bad things about Mateus queues lately. The 9,000 may be a glitch sure, that's an insane number, but I feel certain that Mateus has it worse than Zalera for example considering the complaints.

If you read the previous comments in this same thread you can see this is not a problem with Mateus, but a problem with transferred characters, there seems to be an issue with some transferred characters. There was a similar issue with people being stuck #1 in queue for hours.

I'm curious. Does it say how long it takes to actually transfer the character to another server? I'm sure it's not an instant thing and requires a few hours and a person to actually do the move.

Coeurl was down for transfers. There was a thread on it here on the forums. That's what we thought was strange.

I moved 3 scattered alts from high pop servers to coerl over the last week and never had a problem, guess i missed it.

Took me like 30 seconds to fully transfer from Balmung to Lich. The process is almost instant.

It took 14 hours for me to get a response email back finally saying that my character transfer had failed. So, 14 hours of awaiting and not being able to play the game on any of my characters + not even a completed transfer.

It's definitely not instant right now.

Normally transfers are pretty much instant - as in less than a minute.
Occasionally they can take much longer than that though.
