Sounds like a bug. I suggest writing a support ticket, because, as you saw, that isn't the real Mateus queue and your character may be locked in a weird limbo.

I had a problem where I was kicked out and couldn't log in at all on one character and other characters worked normally. I put in a ticket and was on normally in an hour, might have been less, I played on an alt for a bit. Not sure how much of your character it has to load from the server to get to that point. it could be a little corrupted or something especially if the other characters work normally.

This sounds like the most logical solution to why this character had this massive queue. Put a ticket in and hopefully SE gets back to it promptly.
