I've been hearing a lot of bad things about Mateus queues lately. The 9,000 may be a glitch sure, that's an insane number, but I feel certain that Mateus has it worse than Zalera for example considering the complaints.
I know Coeurl was locked at one point. Not sure if we have been reopened yet. I know Mateus has gotten a lot of people because it is the rumored new RP hub.
I think that's just the peak hours congestion lock that gets updated every few hours.
Edit: It doesn't stop transfers, just new character creation.
If you read the previous comments in this same thread you can see this is not a problem with Mateus, but a problem with transferred characters, there seems to be an issue with some transferred characters. There was a similar issue with people being stuck #1 in queue for hours.
I love the OP hasn't replied oo ya tried again and got in no issues.
Was this a voluntary move?
I mean, he's acting cheated and robbed by something he chose to do. Now is mad that to undo his own action it costs money. I guess I'm missing the problem here lol
Half the forum has been putting their noses high, going "if you choose to remain on Balmung, the fault lies with you. Don't complain about queues if you don't wanna use free transfer. Big, holy solution."
I put in a character transfer from Balmung to Omega that failed entirely and has prevented me from logging in at all for the past two days.
I cannot access ANY of my characters on Primal, Aether, or Chaos because of the one single character transfer I applied for. And apparently since that transfer failed, the servers still have all my data in limbo right now preventing me from actually logging in because it's throwing me the "your character data is being transferred error".
I've spoken to customer support in three different ways and the closest I've gotten to a reaction was something vague about "being escalated to Japan", so yes, we do deserve an explanation for this utter breakdown in service for so many people.
