Bonus gil for attaining lvl 30 on preferred world not awarded

AFAIK, the "bonus period" is still in effect (I still have the bonus exp buff).

You are not supposed to get a 1mil bonus. That particular incentive only applies to new characters reaching level 30 on a new world, not on a preferred world.
