Nope the new 50/60 roulette no longer has requirement that all dungeons need to be doneIt unlocks all the dungeons, but if I'm remembering correctly, jump potion users still have to queue in and complete them to unlock the Daily Roulettes and mark the dungeons themselves as complete. Because jump potion users still grant first time bonuses in the dungeons AND receive mapping achievements for them. Source: had three people in a row give first time bonuses/get mapping achievements in the Aery today while level 60 in full 260 Shire + one 245 Fillibuster ring.
How about they just make a potion for $50 that completes everything person doesn't have to play anything and skip 90% of the content. Cause heaven forbid they have to do anything that not SB related.
Why stop there? They should make a 100$ potion that instantly completes everything in the game and gives you a high end character so you can finally ERP without distractions!!!!1

Even with the jump potions they complain that it's not easy enough. God help us all.
On topic: That is odd, we have two people in our FC who got themselves a story/job boost and they can fly in HW areas without gathering currents.
On the tangent of roulettes landing you in content you have unlocked but not completed: this actually happened to me a handful of times in HW (so pre jump potions).
The one I distinctly remember is Trial Roulette landing me in Sephirot before I had a chance to do any research on the fight let alone clear it before.
I know leveling roulette landed me in two HW dungeons I hadn't yet completed either but I can't remember what those were specifically.
