I'm bumping this and updating it to say that I was able to log into Chaos for some reason today, but my transferred character is not there and more importantly:

I still cannot connect to Primal or Aether DCs without getting error 3084 and being booted.

My transferred character appears to be deleted at this point. My transfer had nothing to do with Primal either, so I have no idea why I'm getting the error on that DC, and that's where all my main characters are so I'm essentially locked out of playing the game.
