I have been unable to login to the game on any of my characters on the Primal, Aether, or Chaos data centers after requesting one free transfer for a character on Balmung to go to Omega. The transfer failed and I received an email stating I could log into the game once again, however I have still been unable to log into the game for over 24 hours. As of now, I have been receiving error 3084 when attempting to log in for almost 32 hours. I've contacted live support twice with no help on the issue, however I was told my issue had been "escalated to Japan". Confirmation that someone is actually looking at it and working to get it resolved would be appreciated.
Time: Received notification of failed transfer at 2am 6/26/17, unable to login still ongoing.

Character name: Failed transfer character is Raging Moon, but I don't have access to any character on Primal, Aether, or Chaos. Some characters on those data centers are missing from the Mog Station character list.

Steps:
1. Applied for character transfer for my character Raging Moon on Balmung to be transferred to Omega around 12pm CST on 6/25/17.
2. Application was accepted, received receipt e-mail for the transfer and that it was being processed at around 12pm CST on 6/25/17.
3. Attempted log-in to Primal data center after around 4 hours of waiting without receiving any transfer confirmation, got Error 3084 stating that my character data was currently being transferred and I couldn't login.
4. Received e-mail at 2:01am on 6/26/17 stating:
"The World Transfer process has been completed, so please login to the game and resume enjoying the game play.
*Failed Transfers (System Error)
Raging Moon
The characters listed above were unable to complete the World Transfer due to an unknown issue, and we are investigating the situation.。
We please ask to wait patiently until we finish the investigation.
We thank you for your continued patronage towards FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn."
5. Attempted to log into Primal once again, as the e-mail stated that I could log into the game again.
6. Still receiving Error 3084 stating that my character data is currently being transferred and that I am unable to log in, despite the transfer being failed and ended.
7. Checking Mog Station for my character list as well, and around half of my characters are missing from the list. I searched for my transferred character, Raging Moon (located on Balmung or Omega), on the Lodestone and it does not appear on any searches anymore, either.
