    Eorzean Symphony Concert Ticket Help

    Hello,

    I bought tickets last month for the L.A. show which is next month. My order has been in payment accepted status since 4/14, and my card was charged. I've reached out to La Fée Sauvage - La Boutique last week and this week by the only means I can find which is their email, info@wildfaery.com, for an update on my order, but I have gotten no response so far.

    I was wondering if anyone has successfully contacted them? If so do you have a direct name or number you can share? I'm getting nervous as I'm not local to L.A. and the main purpose of traveling there is to attend this concert, but I have no idea if/when I'll get tickets.

    It took 10 days for Wild Faery to reply to me last time I emailed. What does it say when you go into your account status for it?

    @Krokov Yes, physical tickets.

    @Kuutamo Thank you for sharing your experience. I guess its still possible they will respond if they are taking a week and a half to reply to emails. My account page shows the status as "Payment Accepted."

    Can't you do phone support?


    I have no experience with this particular case and I also don't live in the U.S. but usually phone support is faster.

    A: In older MMOs, such as Ultima Online, there was a house maintenance fee you had to pay weekly, but in FFXIV: ARR we decided against this system. Similarly, these older MMOs also had a system where your house would break down if you didn’t log in after a while in order to have you continue your subscription, but this is a thing of the past and we won't have any system like that.

    @Fhaerron & @Krokov The only way I've seen on their website for contacting them is an e-mail, or I definitely would call. I was hoping someone here might have a number or contact from a previous interaction with their support, but it seems I might have to wait a little longer and then do a chargeback if they don't respond.
