Don't let me fishing... also I can't go other location.

How long I wait and can again fish?

There's 2 timers. First is how long you're at the spot you're standing, when you get that move about 10 feet and you'll be fine. If you're still not fine it's the 2nd timer which has to do with how long you've been at that fishing hole. That timer is longer but when reached, you must fish in another fishing spot (not zone, another pond in the same zone is fine) in order to reset it.

Alistaire has it right. And it is timers. There's been this weird rumor that throwing fish back with Release will increase how long you can fish before the fish sense something is amiss. I've done some mucking around and testing, and results point to that being nonsense.

Also note that the moment the 'Cast' icon lights up the timers start, not when you actually use it. So if you're waiting for the right moment to fish, better do it a bit further away.

I've noticed it's weird sometimes though. I was catching vampiric tapestry for my GC turnin, cast it once, got it on my first try, turned it in. Reset a few hours later, got tapestry again, went back to the same spot, couldn't cast because "the fish sense something amiss." I had not fished at that spot ever before I caught the first tapestry. It was weird. But for that first timer, you can just shuffle over a few feet and you're good. it's an anti-bot measure.
