your post gave me a thought, imagine this:I like the sound of a tabbed inventory for sorting purposes... Not sure if I like the idea of the actual inventory being broken up like some of you are talking about though. Like if I had no room left for equipment, but room left for mats, that just wouldn't feel right.
So yeah, I like the current all loot goes in the same bag style, but tabbed sorting, with the first tab being "All" would be fine. I could live fine without too though, but either way, a manual sort would be most welcome.
an "All" tab with a set number of inventory slots, lets say 200 for the sake of argument.
then an option to create extra tabs, lets around 2-4 tabs.
when you create an extra tab your given the option of what type of items you can store in the tab such as craft parts, equipment, loot drops, harvested items, etc.(possibly more detailed options with the more tabs that might be allowed).
Now then each extra tab will take away a set number of slots from the "all" tab(of course these slots taken away must be empty) lets say a tab takes away 25 slots from the "all" tab, it will then give the new extra tab a slot count of 50.
It's sort of a customizable way of making every1 happy, if you don't like to craft you wont have to stare at an empty tab thinking "I wish I could store something I actually use in there." but for some1 who does like to do everything they can have all sorts of tabs for everything they do.
