So as I have been browsing, All I seem to see is trolls (Cough BelgianRofl Cough) and whiners, talking about this mechanic is bad that mechanic is bad blah blah blah, Well I know we don't have any good reason to give SE the BotD on anything but seriously at least make your points reasonable arguable statements that can be looked at with some merit through an objective view of a developer, if you are going to post about something give solid examples of who what when where how why I don't think this is doing the community or these forums any kind of service, and it sure as **** isn't going to get any changes implemented. I'm tired of all these eyesores on the boards, try to act like mature adults please, I mean the FF community has a reputation to uphold.

How about the game has a 49% meta score, SE's net worth dropped 26% since september 27th, Tanaka got fired, and there's less than 300 ppl logged into a server at a time.

Any two people having a conversation could have come up with a better game. Thus, any topic of disapproval of any system in ffxiv is valid.

I have to agree with you. It is ok to have different opinions but I feel that I should be able to come on here and at least find a large community of people how like this game and want to see it get better. I am surprised to find people posting on here who do not like this game. I would not waste my time posting on forums for a game that I don't like. I guess that some people have nothing better to do.

That's not the point I am making, I was right there from day one sending comments, suggestions and all manner of commentary good or bad to developers, When XIV came out I wanted to like the game but I couldn't make myself, and so like many other people I started to write the devs. Belgian you are constantly trolling the community and when you aren't busy with that you are making horrible suggestion with what I can only assume is the soul intent to set MMO gaming back to Lineage 1. Rockne, if more than 70%+ of all forum posts are trolling flaming etc etc etc then yes this forum is a cesspool I like how you immediately get defensive like it is some personal attack on you though, maybe someone is feeling a little guilty? I have seen some good topics and well thought out points and I applaud those people for taking so much time and energy to create suggestions worth looking at both from a player standpoint of what we want, what will make the game healthy, attractive to new and old players and a developer standpoint of what issues it addresses, how it benefits the current game systems etc.

The point I am intending to make is we are already seeing a lot of this bad behavior and it makes the community look bad and discredits our suggestions, comments etc etc. The forums haven't been up long enough for this, show some class people.

There's no need to get emotional. We FFXIV players are classy; we discuss issues with civility. There's no need to personally insult somebody we do not know.
