U wanna use infuriate after the FIRST fc to maximize the infuriate trait.If I'm tanking I do:
Overpower (more enmity than Tomahawk) -> Eye Combo
Heavy Swing -> Onslaught -> Skull Sunder -> Butcher's Block -> Upheaval
Switch to Deliverance + Infuriate
Path Combo -> Eye Combo
Heavy Swing -> Inner Release + Berserk
Fell Cleave -> Maim -> Path -> Upheaval
Fell Cleave x 3
Heavy Swing -> Maim -> Onslaught before IR ends
Back to Defiance (or not, up to you/your healers/your agro)
If I'm not tanking:
Heavy Swing + Infuriate -> Eye Combo
Heavy Swing -> Upheaval -> Maim -> Onslaught -> Path
Butcher's Block Combo -> Path Combo -> Eye Combo
Heavy Swing -> IR + Berserk -> Fell Cleave -> Maim -> Path -> Upheaval
Fell Cleave x 3
Infuriate
Fell Cleave x 2
Open to suggestions. c:
So after getting 100 rage on stormseye combo, do
Hs, IR, Berserk, Fc, upheaval, infuriate, fc, maim, stormspath, fc x 4
I can't do that. After the first Fell Cleave with Inner Release, you're down to 55 (Inner Release costs 20, minus 25 from the Fell Cleave). Upheaval is on cooldown, so I can't use it there either. I must wait after Storm's Path to use it. Plus, Infuriate is on cooldown too until after the 4th Fell Cleave.
If the boss has a facepull range (unlike a9s, for example, where you can start with heavy swing without delay), it might be better to tomahawk > infuriate before your first heavy swing.
6 fell cleave is a dps loss assuming you have a min using trick on the 5th gcd. But this particular rotation is still not in any way optimal.

Has anyone determined what's truly optimal yet? Trying to avoid learning the job incorrectly at 70,my feel for it has been "priority" over "rotation" but especially playing on PS4 with no way to consistently compare numbers I'm at a loss.

I'm waiting until after .05 before i start optimizing my warrior personally.
