How to determinate if i should leave my FC ?

Leave. Where's the fun in playing with people like that, when there are so many nice FCs out there.

Sounds like you know they aren't a good fit. You want to be more than a number and they sound like they want to reduce you to that. There are other FCs out there that you can still progress with that will treat you like a person while doing it. You should shop around until you find the right fit. And don't discount linkshells and making friends. I run my own very small FC but I hit up more hardcore stuff with friends from linkshells and who I have met over my travels.

Just leave and find another one. There are many out there.

I was in my first FC and it was a good one - friendly, house, airship, etc - but the core group were often on at different times of day than I was. The rest of the FC seemed to be happy running around more of less solo. So through no fault of theirs I often felt like an outsider.
I can't imagine being in one where I avoided players in the FC. At that point why bother?

I left to join a very small FC (no house, airship, etc) and don't regret it at all.
