Not going to quit, and I am making due with my WAR, but there are fixes needed for sure.

The STR scaling + no STR accessories >270 thing is absurd. That's absolutely ridiculous, but it affects all tanks.

Tenacity sucks. Again, it sucks for all tanks.

Enmity loss is a common story in any group with RDM and/or SAM. Sucks for everybody.

As far as DRK or WAR specific, relative to FotM PLD, there are some tweaks needed for sure, but the big things that need fixed affect every tank job. Because every job in the role is affected, they are going to address these problems at some point. They have to.

Once the folks who only play any xpac long enough to max a few toons and then leave for 21-22 months are done, the population won't look nearly as impressive, and a bunch of these xpac screwups will be the reason.

I am on record being OK with WAR specific stuff, even if some of it needs tweaed/fixed, but the overall tank problems that affect all three jobs...yeah, they need to fix all that, and then the WAR and DRK specifics won't seem nearly as awful. That said, I cann see why people would want to quit, take a break, etc. I am finding my fun in my WAR, but 18 years of MMOs later, post-xpac nerf bat hits are just part of the game to me. I dread xpacs as much as I look forward to them. Nice to see Square Enix continuing that proud MMORPG tradition.
