No Registration Code from Heavensward Pre-Order

I hope this does not seem like we are going in circles, but please tell me which items you have a code for (Please put either O if you have it or X if you do not) Do not include pre-order codes:
Also, mentioned where you bought the product too for each version; such as Steam, Store (Amazon or Best Buy, etc.), PSN, or SE Store.

I bought the original game for PC. Yes, 1.0, and came back for 2.0. No problems, but I left to play other games and enjoy analog life for a few years.

Later when Heaven's Ward was coming out I decided I'd play again on my PS4. I preordered the expansion for PS4 on SE's site and bought the base game for PS4 on PSN to play it.

Then I didn't, because life.

Now with Stormblood coming out I figure I'm two expansions behind and can check stuff out again. I have the pre-order early access code for Heaven's Ward on the PS4 and put it it. It works, downloads the expansion, and I get my ingame items and bonus time. 2.55. Baron's Circlet, Baron's Earring, Chocobo Chick Courier. Got it all. No worries.

But all my jobs are capped at 50 and I can't go to Ishgard. Mog Station does not have the O for Heaven's Ward. My 12 digit code for early access that works for PSN is not a registration code and I have no registration code. I never received an email with a registration code.

So I have everything I should get with the expansion, a downloaded and installed expansion, but no registration code to access it.

I have Os on ARR Windows, PS4, and Collectors. Nothing else, though it seems to me I should.
