So when Heavensward came out I was a lapsed player, but I pre-ordered it anyway for my PS4 with the intention of returning. Bought it directly through Square Enix and when it came out I got my Early access code. I was a PC player but bought ARR for my PS4 to go with the expansion I bought for PS4.

Busy with my so-called life I didn't return till two weeks ago, reactivated my account and used my early access code for Heavensward to download the expansion on my PS4 and get my in game items for my Heavensward pre-order...

...but Heavens ward isn't registered to in my mog station and my jobs are capped at 50 with no access to expansion areas. PSN accepted my early access codes and the expansion plugged in, and my accounts are linked. I can play fine and even have my bonus days from the expansion to play for a month - but there's no registration code or seemingly any way to get one.

Online Chat is down, been trying 3 hours, and phone supports line is busy. I've had an online email ticket unanswered for two weeks.

How the hell do you get any resolution for this kind of stuff?
