No Registration Code from Heavensward Pre-Order

So when Heavensward came out I was a lapsed player, but I pre-ordered it anyway for my PS4 with the intention of returning. Bought it directly through Square Enix and when it came out I got my Early access code. I was a PC player but bought ARR for my PS4 to go with the expansion I bought for PS4.

Busy with my so-called life I didn't return till two weeks ago, reactivated my account and used my early access code for Heavensward to download the expansion on my PS4 and get my in game items for my Heavensward pre-order...

...but Heavens ward isn't registered to in my mog station and my jobs are capped at 50 with no access to expansion areas. PSN accepted my early access codes and the expansion plugged in, and my accounts are linked. I can play fine and even have my bonus days from the expansion to play for a month - but there's no registration code or seemingly any way to get one.

Online Chat is down, been trying 3 hours, and phone supports line is busy. I've had an online email ticket unanswered for two weeks.

How the hell do you get any resolution for this kind of stuff?

3 things:

1. Pre-order codes do not give you access to the expansion after the week of release for that expansion. Also, you cannot redeem the pre-order code for HW after Dec 31, 2016. So, you will not be able to get the items.

2. HW is no longer being sold separately. SE has merged this with SB. So, if you want to get HW, you will have to buy SB.

3. Did you pay for HW? Because, pre-order codes does not mean that you actually bought the game. You could have cancelled the order. If you did pay for HW, then you need to register your code. If you do not have the code, you will have to find a receipt for proof of purchase and contact SE directly through customer support and not technical support.

NOTE!!! Each version will need to have the same registration applied to your account. That means that if you want to play on your PC, Mac, and PS4; you will have to buy 3 copies of the entire game, 1 for each system.

I actually have the in-game items.

The code worked fine, yes I paid for the expansion, and received both in game items and bonus game time. There was never any email with a registration code though. If the system has changed since then I understand, but there's been no follow up or answer.

I picked up stormblood too, because screw it, but haven't received a code for that yet either. It's only been a day though, so I can be patient on that one. Considering I need to go through the story for Ward though to do most of that content I'm not going to be thrilled though if I find out I'm still not able to access Ishgard, and buying a skip it potion defeats the point of playing the game for me.

And like I said, I bought the expansion for PS4 and ARR to play it on PS4 - I just didn't try to redeem either till a year after. It found my PC account fine to play on PS4 - it just didn't give me access to that expansion.

I hope this does not seem like we are going in circles, but please tell me which items you have a code for (Please put either O if you have it or X if you do not) Do not include pre-order codes:
Also, mentioned where you bought the product too for each version; such as Steam, Store (Amazon or Best Buy, etc.), PSN, or SE Store.

I bought the original game for PC. Yes, 1.0, and came back for 2.0. No problems, but I left to play other games and enjoy analog life for a few years.

Later when Heaven's Ward was coming out I decided I'd play again on my PS4. I preordered the expansion for PS4 on SE's site and bought the base game for PS4 on PSN to play it.

Then I didn't, because life.

Now with Stormblood coming out I figure I'm two expansions behind and can check stuff out again. I have the pre-order early access code for Heaven's Ward on the PS4 and put it it. It works, downloads the expansion, and I get my ingame items and bonus time. 2.55. Baron's Circlet, Baron's Earring, Chocobo Chick Courier. Got it all. No worries.

But all my jobs are capped at 50 and I can't go to Ishgard. Mog Station does not have the O for Heaven's Ward. My 12 digit code for early access that works for PSN is not a registration code and I have no registration code. I never received an email with a registration code.

So I have everything I should get with the expansion, a downloaded and installed expansion, but no registration code to access it.

I have Os on ARR Windows, PS4, and Collectors. Nothing else, though it seems to me I should.

The thing is, you just need a subscription to download the whole game. The reason is that changes they made that effect previous areas, they need everyone to have, such as the skill changes for each job.

The pre-order code did not give you anything other than items. Actually, you did not get any bonus login time. You happened to log in during the free login campaign that is going on, which will be a total of 96 hours from the moment you first log in. That is what triggered the ability to update the client on your system(s).

Now, for the codes:
The 12 digit code you had from the PSN was used to go to a site that is no longer available and grab the 18 character pre-order. Which it seems you did this since you got the pre-order items.

What you are missing is the 20 character code for actually registering the expansion. Since you pre-ordered the game on SE's store, you need to do this to get the right code:
1. Log into the SE store
2. Click on "Your Orders"
3. Verify that the order is not cancelled.
4a. If you got it digitally, then click the link "Unlock Code" under the name for Heavensward.
4a.1. Copy that code
4b. If you have the physical box for Heavensward, find the insert that came inside the box. (If you lost it, well, then I am sorry, but you are out of luck on that. You might be able to show proof to SE Store, not SE, and see if they can help.)
5. Log into the mog station.
6. Click on "Your Account"
7. If you see the "Expansion Registration" red/pink button near the top, click that. Else, contact SE for help.
8. Enter the 20 character code. If it is not 20 characters long, then you have the wrong code.

Note, since you said you bought it for the PS4, only the PS4 will be able to access HW stuff.

Well if there's a returning thing going on I must have gotten screwed out of it, as I only had my 30 from my pre-order, but more importantly I think you solved the problem as to how to redeem the code so I thank you for that. I was able to redeem it through the SE shop as you directed, and you've been the only one to do so as well as the only mention I've found. Seems the site to register my code is down for maintenance, or the DDOS attack, but I have the code now and hopefully that will solve the problem entirely.
