    Kugane Clan Hunt Board

    World name: Leviathan
    Character name: Goose Mcdoose
    Class/Level: Bard/65 (boosted to 60)

    There isn't a quest in Kugane that would allow me to unlock the hunt board. Talking to the npc that should offer this quest I get a dialog box telling me the two prerequisites which are as follows:

    1. Complete the side quest "Elite and Dangerous".
    2. Complete the msq "By the Grace of Lord Lolorito".

    Double checking "completed" in my journal shows that number 2 has been completed.

    The side quest, "Elite and Dangerous", is a quest in Foundation to unlock rank 3 clan hunts. The quest giver for this quest does not have this quest available for me. Not even a red quest icon. Ranks 1 and 2 have already been unlocked and I've done them for a few days.

    Elite and Dangerous is the quest that unlocks the weekly elite Heavensward hunt. To get that one, you need to have completed the quest "Top marks" in Idyllshire first.
