I am sorry to say this, but SE can only help you if either the code you got does not work, or you bought it from the SE Store.

Since you never got the code and you did not order from SE, they cannot help you out.

If you have proof of a receipt and the credit card statement showing the charge, then you have 2 options:
1. You can raise a complaint and work it out with GMG for the code.
2. You can contact your credit card company and report the fraud charge and have them reverse it and just buy it from another vendor.

If you have a receipt, but there is no charge on your credit card, then you actually did not purchase it. Then you will have to place the order with another vendor if you cannot get the account at GMG open.

If you have no receipt, but you have a charge on your credit card, then you can try the steps I listed above with the 2 options.

I wish you the best of luck as this sounds like it could take more than a couple of business days. Do not wait long as most credit card companies will only allow a refund to be given within a certain amount of time for reversing a charge.
