I haven't read the last 13 pages but here are my 2 cents:

Yesterday I ended up with a DRG that didn't even use basic skills and didn't listen to any advise (not a new player). This made a level 50 dungeon a major nightmare for me and my S/O, so we left. When we attempted the roulette again, we ended up with 2 leaf players that were open and receptive to learning and improving. Yes, the level 50 dungeon (Pharos) took a bit longer but we only wiped once on the first boss and we ended without an issue.

It's not about telling players how to play. It's about teaching you how to improve and be a valuable addition to your group. I don't believe anyone that tells me they enjoy being nothing but a burden to a party (unless they are trolling). Why would you want that? I'm sure you will enjoy the game more if you are not a dead weight.

I don't mind people going blind on non-ex content, it's too easy as it is. But the least you can do is get a proper rotation, something you should develop naturally if you bother to read and understand your tool tips. If you come back to the game after a long time, go to potd and run it from level 1 to relearn your class. And please just...read....
