Currently, if you are running a dungeon and die to a boss, you do not get EXP if the boss dies while you are incapacitated. This seems pretty ridiculous to me, and has irked me since the days of ARR. I would seriously love to see this changed.

Essentially, you are punishing the player for dying. If it was the player's fault, I could get on board with that (even then, only to a certain extent), but sometimes you have a lazy healer, or the tank can't hold threat. Sometimes the battle is just so intense that the healer can't afford to toss you a Raise before the fight ends. None of these are cause to punish the person who died by denying them EXP.
